Now that the Vancouver weather has turned, with longer spells of rainy weather and muted Autumn colours, it's no surprise that September's sunny spell was accompanied by an uptick in real estate property sales across the Lower Mainland. Compared to the predominately Buyer's Market a year ago, this September turned out to be either a Seller's or Balanced market for house and condo sales.
